Sunshine Speech & Allied Health is growing, and we are looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary allied health team in Ballina, NSW.
This position is available full-time or part-time, with a minimum of three days per week. The role may suit an experienced Speech Pathologist seeking greater flexibility and professional autonomy, or a new graduate looking for structured supervision, mentoring and genuine clinical support.
Our Speech Pathologists work with children, adolescents and adults across clinic and community settings. Caseloads can be tailored to reflect your clinical interests, including speech sound disorders, language, literacy, AAC, social communication, feeding and swallowing.

About the Role
This role can be tailored to your interests and strengths:
Work with paediatric clients, adults, or a mixed caseload
Deliver therapy across clinic, community, and group settings
Provide support across areas including:
Speech sound disorders
Language development
AAC (including high-tech systems)
Social communication
Feeding and swallowing (if within scope/interests)
You’ll be supported to work in a way that aligns with best practice and your clinical values - not forced into a rigid or outdated model.
