We’re Hiring: Speech Pathologist, Ballina NSW

Ballina, NSW | Full-time or Part-time (min. 3 days/week) | Clinic-based + community opportunities

We’re currently looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our team - whether you’re a new graduate looking for strong mentorship or an experienced clinician ready for a role that actually supports you.

About the Role

This role can be tailored to your interests and strengths:

  • Work with paediatric clients, adults, or a mixed caseload

  • Deliver therapy across clinic, community, and group settings

  • Provide support across areas including:

    • Speech sound disorders

    • Language development

    • AAC (including high-tech systems)

    • Social communication

    • Feeding and swallowing (if within scope/interests)

You’ll be supported to work in a way that aligns with best practice and your clinical values - not forced into a rigid or outdated model.
