Communication & language
Support for speech sound differences, language development, literacy and social communication across the lifespan.

Speech Pathology
Speech pathology for children, adolescents and adults - shaped around meaningful communication, felt safety and participation in everyday life.

Every way of communicating deserves to be heard.
Our speech pathologists use evidence-informed, neurodiversity-affirming and relationship-centred approaches. Therapy is individualised and respectful, recognising that meaningful progress happens when people feel understood, regulated and supported.
Support shaped around you
We begin with the person, not a checklist. Support is adapted to individual strengths, preferences, environments and goals.
Support for speech sound differences, language development, literacy and social communication across the lifespan.
Respectful support for gestalt language processors, including echolalia and scripting, grounded in meaningful communication.
Flexible, collaborative support for people with developmental disability, neurological conditions or multiple support needs.
Assessment, implementation and ongoing support for augmentative and alternative communication systems in everyday routines.
Responsive paediatric feeding support and assessment of swallowing difficulties for children and adults.
Practical strategies for families, educators and support teams so communication is supported beyond the therapy room.
Individual and practical
A clear next step
We keep the process transparent and collaborative, with time to ask questions and make decisions that work for you.
We listen to what is happening now, what matters most and where communication feels easier or harder.
Assessment may include conversation, observation, play, formal tools and input from important people in the client’s life.
Together we choose priorities that make a practical difference in daily life.
Therapy may involve direct sessions, coaching, resources and collaboration with the wider support team.

Our speech pathology service includes assessment of swallowing difficulties for adults and children. We consider the individual and their mealtime circumstances, then discuss appropriate recommendations and next steps.
We recognise repeated language and scripts as communication worth understanding. Support is individualised, respectful and focused on meaningful communication, with families and support teams involved where appropriate.
